Complete LIFT session workouts

Automated workouts completed on LIFT session will automatically be added to your points total.

Add activities manually

If you perform any activities outside of the LIFT session app, you can add them manually by visiting the main screen.

Sync with Apple Health, Health Connect or Fitbit

Intentional activities you start with your mobile device will automatically sync with LIFT. If you perform LIFT workouts, they will sync with your device too!

Week 1: May 8, 2025

Complete a minimum of 30 minutes of activities this week to qualify for this prize ($50 Visa gift card).

Week 3: May 22, 2025

Complete a minimum of 90 minutes of activities this week to qualify for this prize ($50 Visa gift card).

Week 4: May 28, 2025

Complete a minimum of 120 minutes of activities this week to qualify for this prize ($50 Visa gift card).

The Educators in Motion Challenge is only open to members of Teachers Life working full-time at one of the following participating schools within the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation in the District 19 Teachers Bargaining Unit (“D19”)*

Grand Prizes

$250 Visa gift card. To be eligible for a grand prize, entrants must qualify in each of the four weekly draws

*Eligibility: The Educators in Motion (“Contest”) is only open to members of Teachers Life (as defined below) working full-time at one of the following participating schools within the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation in the District 19 Teachers Bargaining Unit (“D19”): Applewood Heights Secondary School (Mississauga), David Suzuki Secondary School (Brampton), Erindale Secondary School; John Fraser (Mississauga), John Fraser Secondary School (Mississauga), Humberview Secondary School (Bolton), and Turner Fenton Secondary School (Brampton). To be a member of Teachers Life you must have a disability insurance policy issued by Teachers Life under D19’s group benefits plan. For full contest rules, click here.
